SAN MATEO, Calif. Constructed with space age materials in the top secret, underground Vendio Labs vault, the “Vegas” themed sign comes with a catch. Vendio is awarding a Canon Powershot A530 Digital Camera to anyone who guesses the exact number of lights on the sign.

The sign, which required 3,000 man-minutes of construction time, was masterminded and constructed by Vendio employees Christian Williams and Renn Ortenburger. “Not wanting to set off Rodrigo’s Budget Radar™, we tried to run it as a stealth project. We figured we could hide the pegboard pretty well, and he didn’t seem to have any questions about the green spray paint; but when we turned an empty cubicle into a MIG welding station… I think that's what did it”, said Ortenburger.

“I knew that they were cooking up something special for eBay Live, but when the exorbitant, $189.12 expense report from Christmas Depot came across my desk... that sent me over the edge,” exclaimed Vendio CEO, Rodrigo Sales.
