  • What actions will Vendio pay affiliates for and what are the payout amounts?
    Vendio pays affiliates for referring one of three registration types:

    Vendio Free Store Registration Earn $0.50 for each new user referred that signs up for a free Vendio store. Our Stores registration form is just 5 fields and we see conversion rates as high as 50% for click from targeted traffic. The payout is confirmed when the user clicks "Set up my store" from the confirmation page.

    Vendio Store plus Marketplaces Earn $25 for each referral. How this works - once a user registers for a free store they have two choices - click to set up their store, or complete phase two of our registration flow to extend their store to sell on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. Users referred by affiliates who complete marketplace registration by supplying a valid credit card will earn $25 for every new user referred to Vendio. When users select the "Set up store" path, the affiliate will earn $0.50 for the free store registration.

    Vendio Research Earn $20 for every referral that registers for Vendio Research with valid registration details including a credit card.

    Qualifiers For any transaction type, the user referred must be a new user to the Vendio Platform. Affiliate commissions are not valid for existing Vendio users who may sign up for another product through an affiliate link. Payouts are a one-time event for each referring transaction. There is no recurring revenue stream. Once a user completes registration for one action type, there is no affiliate commission eligibility for other actions.
  • What is the cookie duration?
    90 days. For users who click on an affiliate link and register for an applicable service within 90 days, the affiliate will earn the specified commission payout.
  • What affiliate service provider does Vendio use for tracking, reporting, and payment?
    Vendio partners with ShareASale.com to power our affiliate program tracking, reporting, and payment. To learn more about ShareASale, please visit their FAQs http://shareasale.com/affiliatefaq.cfm.
  • Are there chargebacks / returns issued?
    Vendio thoroughly screens to ensure validity of user registration data on affiliate actions referred. In cases where user registration is found to be fraudulent or invalid, we will reject the lead within 30 days. Vendio also analyzes user activation rates to ensure quality of leads referred. In cases where user activation rates are very low, Vendio will notify the affiliate to take corrective action. Vendio reserves the right to terminate and withhold commissions from suspect affiliates.
