These terms are incorporated by reference into Vendio's User Agreement at http://www.vendio.com/ecommerce/terms and are subject to such User Agreement. Your use of any of Vendio's services is subject to the User Agreement in its entirety.
IMAGE HOSTING POLICY
1. Image Maintenance. Vendio will generally store images on our image hosting servers for 90 days, although Vendio may delete images at any time in its discretion. If you would like Vendio to continue to host an image, you can adjust your Auto-delete and Auto-renew settings within your Image Preferences. For more information on how to do this, refer to our Knowledge Base available from our "Help" page.
2. Auction or Classified Sales. You will only submit images to be used and viewed through an online auction or online classified sales site. Any exceptions must be expressly approved in writing by Vendio.
3. Vendio Banners. All images hosted by Vendio must be accompanied by our click-through banner, or they will be subject to deletion without notice. The banner is included in our system generated code.
