How To Use


1. Import winning bidders from your auctions
2. Organize customer email addresses
3. Sort and segment your customer database
4. Send customized email to a segment of your customer database


Import winning bidders from your auctions

  • Click 'import'
  • Select the auctions from which you want to import winning bidders
  • From the action panel, choose to import winning bidders into (contact list folder of choice)
  • Click 'go'

Organize customer email addresses

  • From the main CM page, under display options, click 'edit contact lists'
  • Click 'add new' to create a new contact list folder
  • Click on the icon next to a particular folder to make that folder your default. The icon will change color from yellow to green
  • Click on the title of a folder to go to a page that allows you to rename that folder
  • Select extraneous folders and click 'delete selected' to remove them from your list

Sort and segment your customer database

   Quick Search
  • From the main CM page, under display options, select winning bidders from the pull down menu along with the folders you wish to search in.
  • Click 'display results' and view the results of your search on the lower half of the page

Advanced Search

  • Click 'advanced options'
  • Choose any of the sorting options that are necessary to segment your database, including:
    • All customers/winning bidders
    • Customer record must/must not contain (keyword)
    • Auction record must/must not contain (keyword)
    • Within specific contact list folders
    • Bid range
    • Auction closing date
  • Click 'display results' and view the results of your search on the lower half of the page
Send customized email to a segment of your customer database
  • Segment your customer database by using the Quick Search or Advanced Search tools described above
  • Click 'select/deselect all' to select all customers in that segment
  • From the action panel, select I would like to 'email' selected customers and click 'go'
  • Enter the subject of the email and type your message
  • Click 'send email' when you are comfortable with your message
