Import winning bidders from your auctions
- Click 'import'
- Select the auctions from which you want to import winning bidders
- From the action panel, choose to import winning bidders into (contact list folder of choice)
- Click 'go'
Organize customer email addresses
- From the main CM page, under display options, click 'edit contact lists'
- Click 'add new' to create a new contact list folder
- Click on the icon next to a particular folder to make that folder your default. The icon will change color from yellow to green
- Click on the title of a folder to go to a page that allows you to rename that folder
- Select extraneous folders and click 'delete selected' to remove them from your list
Sort and segment your customer database

Quick Search
- From the main CM page, under display options, select winning bidders from the pull down menu along with the folders you wish to search in.
- Click 'display results' and view the results of your search on the lower half of the page
Advanced Search
- Click 'advanced options'
- Choose any of the sorting options that are necessary to segment your database, including:
- All customers/winning bidders
- Customer record must/must not contain (keyword)
- Auction record must/must not contain (keyword)
- Within specific contact list folders
- Bid range
- Auction closing date
- Click 'display results' and view the results of your search on the lower half of the page

Send customized email to a segment of your customer database
- Segment your customer database by using the Quick Search or Advanced Search tools described above
- Click 'select/deselect all' to select all customers in that segment
- From the action panel, select I would like to 'email' selected customers and click 'go'
- Enter the subject of the email and type your message
- Click 'send email' when you are comfortable with your message
