    Selecting Multiple Items
Sales Manager Pro looks and works much like any spreadsheet application, and follows standard Windows conventions and shortcuts. Within the Batch or Inventory Manager windows, you can select individual items by clicking on them with your mouse. For selecting multiple items, there are two techniques that are particularly helpful: Shift+click and Ctrl+click.

To select multiple adjacent items with Shift+click:
  • Within a Batch or Inventory Manager window, click the first row of the range you want to select.
  • Hold down Shift on your keyboard.
  • Click the last row of the range you want to select.
  • All rows between the first and last row you selected will be highlighted.

To select multiple non-adjacent items with Ctrl+click:
  • Within a Batch or Inventory Manager window, click the first row you want to select.
  • Hold down Ctrl on your keyboard.
  • Click the other rows you want to select.
  • Each row you select will be highlighted.

    Bulk Editing Batches
Sales Manager Pro provides the convenience of bulk editing multiple listings in a batch at once. With bulk editing you can add/replace text, images or options within multiple listings. To delete any text or image, or uncheck options, you will need to edit each individual listing.

Note: You can only add additional images with bulk editing. To delete or replace images in multiple listings, you will need to edit each listing.
