| What is the Vendio Referral Program? | |
| Vendio's Referral Program makes it easy to make money by referring new customers to Vendio. If you reccomend new qualified users to Vendio and they become active customers, you will receive 15% of their Vendio fees for up to a 6 month period. If you sign up just a few users each month, it’s possible to get Vendio’s services absolutely free. | |

| How do I refer new customers to Vendio? | |

Referring new customers is easy, and in just a few minutes, you can begin referring new users and earn money on your next invoice. Refer new users through word of mouth advertising Don’t just tell one person about Vendio, tell a hundred people! Use methods that reach more sellers - recommend Vendio through your favorite message boards or chat rooms, in all of your email correspondence, or tell other sellers in your category. Don’t forget to remind them to enter your email address or Vendio username on the registration form so you can earn your monthly referral credits! Use links and banners to refer even more new users Just sign in above to get your own, unique referral links, which you can use in your emails, on your website, or in your WBNs. Every new user that clicks on one of your links and signs up with Vendio will qualify you to earn your monthly referral credits! |

| What are the Referral Bonus requirements? | |
|
To receive the Referral Bonus, the new Vendio customer(s) you refer must become qualified by successfully registering a new account with Vendio (including entering a valid credit card) and using any of our services. Referral Bonuses are paid on Net Service Fees (total service fees minus approved refunds, uncollected amounts and credit card chargebacks). |

| Who is eligible to become a new qualified customer? | |
| Anyone who does not currently have an account with Vendio can become a new qualified customer, however, only one existing customer is eligible for a Referral Bonus for each new qualified customer that signs up. | |

| How large is the Referral Bonus? | |
| The Referral Bonus is related to the fees paid by the new customer, which vary widely depending upon the volume of business the new customer does and the payment plan selected. We expect a Referral Bonus per new referred customer to range from $3 to over $100, though nearly any amount is possible. | |

| How can I ensure the privacy of new customers? | |
| We are committed to protecting our users, so we will not use any of the information we obtain but for the purpose of this program, and for the processing of the Referral Bonuses. | |

| When will I receive my Referral Bonuses? | |
| You will receive your Referral Bonuses on a continual basis as long as your customers keep using Vendio's services. These Referral Bonuses will be noted as credits on your statements every month. | |

| How are the Referral Bonuses credited to my account? | |
| Vendio will credit your account for any Referral Bonuses owed, which will reduce your Vendio fees by the credited amount. If your Referral Bonuses are larger than your fees in any month, your statement will reflect a negative (credit) balance, and you will not be charged that month. | |

| How will I know when I have received my Referral Bonus? | |
| Your Referral Bonuses will appear as credits in your online statement. | |

| What if my Referral Bonuses are larger than my fees? | |
| If your Referral Bonuses are larger than your fees in any month, your statement will reflect a credit balance. If your referred customers are successful, you may encounter a situation where you maintain a credit balance for an extended period of time. As long as your account is active, we will maintain your credit balance. If you account becomes inactive, we will maintain your credit balance for six (6) months. If the account does not become active again or the balance removed, the account balance will be reset to zero after this six (6) month period. | |

| How do I redeem my Referral Bonus credit balance? | |
| While your account is active, you may redeem any credit balance greater than $10 by contacting customer service. Only one request and disbursement may be made during your monthly billing cycle. If you choose to close your account, upon request we will enable a final redemption once all service related fees are settled. | |

| I referred someone a few weeks ago, but I have no credit on my statement. Why? | |
| Credits are issued after your referred customer is billed. If the customer signs up and the billing cycle occurs 30 days later, you will not receive a credit until after the end of this billing cycle. | |
