About Vendio Reports Preferences
To calculate your costs for some reports, we need to know more about your business. Taking a minute to enter this information now will ensure that your reports are as accurate as possible.

Setting Item Data Preferences
Item Cost
If you didn't specify the item cost when creating items, you can enter it here as a percentage of the price your items were listed at, or as a flat average cost.

Shipping Cost
Enter your shipping cost as the amount paid by the buyer, as a flat average of the insurance cost, or as the shipping amount minus the markup specified in your Global Preferences.

Handling Cost
Enter your handling cost as the handling markup specified in your Global Preferences. You can also make your handling cost a flat average.

Insurance Cost
Enter your insurance cost as the amount paid by the buyer, as a flat average, as a subtraction of your markup for insurance, or as a subtraction of the percentage from the insurance amount.

PayPal Item Commission
Enter your PayPal fee structure (the percentage of the total transaction plus a fixed dollar amount per item).

Merchant Account/Payment Method fees
Enter your merchant account and payment method fees as a fixed dollar amount plus a percentage of the total transaction for each type of payment method you accept.

Setting Monthly Data Estimates
Monthly Allowance
Enter a monthly allowance to account for incomplete or fraudulent transactions. This allowance can be a fixed dollar amount, or as a percentage of your gross sales per month.

eBay Monthly Subscription Fee
Enter a dollar amount estimate of your monthly eBay subscription fees.

Additional Monthly Fees
Enter a dollar amount estimate of your additional monthly fees.

Monthly Overhead/Additional Costs/Other Expenses
Enter a dollar amount estimate of your additional monthly fees, costs, and expenses.
