The Bulk Reviser helps you make multiple revisions to many items at the same time, reducing data entry and eliminating the need to revise items one-by-one at eBay. Once you enter the Bulk Reviser, up to 50 items are organized in a spreadsheet like format, making it easy to tab across fields and make quick edits. Bulk functions allow you to copy values from one item to multiple items to save time. Once you finish your revisions and submit them to eBay, their status is always visible on the Revise Active Listings page as described in the Monitoring the Status of Your Revisions section.

In the left navigation bar, click the Vendio Reviser tab, then click on 'Revise Active Listings'. All of your live listings appear in this section. Click the View Options tab to display more items on the page (up to 100), or view more pages by selecting the page number from the dropdown menu at the right hand side of the page.

If you need to search for an item(s) to revise, click the Search tab and enter the appropriate keywords. If you need to narrow the focus of your search, click the 'Advanced Search' link to view more search options. In either case, click the 'Search' button to view the search results.

Once you have found the items you want to revise, select the checkbox(s) of the items, and click the 'Bulk Revise' button. To make an individual revision, click on a value in blue, make your edit, and click the 'OK' action icon. You can also make edits in bulk by using any of the action icons described below:

: Edit a whole column or row. You can quickly tab from input to input to make edits to your items quickly.

: Return to read-only view. Click the 'OK' action icon once you have made your edits to an individual item, or entire row or column. This will remember the changes until you commit them by clicking the 'Save' button.

: Cancel edits for this item only. Click the 'X' action icon to cancel edits for an item. The item will be visually grey and stricken from the list of items. When you click the 'Save' button, edits you made to this item will not be committed.

: Restore item for editing. Click the 'O' action icon to restore an item and make it available for edits.

: Copy value to all checked items. Click the 'copy to checked rows icon' to copy any value to all other items you selected checkboxes for, whether those rows are above or below the line you are using as the source.

Once you are finished making your revisions, click the 'Revise' button to submit them to eBay.
