Once you have made your revisions using Auto-Reviser, the Bulk Reviser, or Find & Revise, you can view the status of the most recent revision to each item on the Revise Active Listings page. If you are looking for the complete revise history of an item(s), please see Viewing the Revision History of Items.

The status of your most recent revisions are noted for each item under the 'Revise Status' column. If the field is blank for an item, there have been no revisions made for it. If a revision has been made for an item, one of the following action keys will be visible in the column. See the description of each action key below to learn what they mean:

: The revision has been made.

: The revision is still pending. This usually occurs when a revision has been submitted but has not been processed by eBay yet.

: The revision cannot be made. This usually occurs when a revision does not adhere to eBay's rules for revising.

: The revision status is unavailable. This usually occurs when there is a problem with the submission of your revision to eBay, and it has not been resolved yet.

: The revision was not made. This usually occurs when there has been a terminal problem with the submission of your revision to eBay.

While the action keys display the status of the most recent revision to your items, the Revision History page can display the status for every revision made to every one of your live items. To use this feature, follow these steps:

• Click on the Vendio Reviser tab in the left navigation bar.
• Click on the 'View History' button.
• Choose to display the revision history a selected item(s), or for all your live items.
• Click the 'OK' button.

If you have selected only one item, the Revision History page will display the date each revision occurred (displaying the most recent revisions first), along with the type of revision made, and the status of the revision.

If you have selected multiple items, the Revision History page will display each revision in descending order (displaying the most recent revisions first), along with the item's title and item number, the type of revision made, and the status of the revision.
