Paypal.com is a service that sends money using email. Recently I got an automated email saying that some other email address has taken over my account by my authorization. I immediatly told Paypal.com, using the complaint website address given in the email, that I did not authorize this person to join and take over my account. I recieved no reply. I emailed 4 more times over the course of 2 days and even called them 4 times and no one helped. They told me to call back later which I did.

Today I got up and my bank account was not only emptied but it has -500 dollars.

My paypal.com account was hacked into and the hacker stole all my money. Paypal.com says that my account is insured up to $100,000 in case of fraud.

They not only refused to help me when they could have stopped the person from taking the money but they are not repling to ANY EMAILs or calls I make asking for help or insurance.

Please Help Me!!

Hi thenetbox,

Please feel free to contact me ([email protected]). You have an apparent unauthorized account access issue, which does require specific information from you to process your claim.

As always, please be sure to keep your password safe. Our SECURITY section has tips on how to prevent these kinds of issues.

You'd have to give 1000 to 1 odds to get anyone to take that bet. LOL!!!
