Hi, I'm getting an error when trying to post auctions to ebay because my e-mail account is not set to receive paypal payments. Specifically:
Error 10068: Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time.
* Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time.
The error seems to be originating from ebay, but I can't find where vendio is indicating that my auctions have anything to do with paypal.
I didn't want to list paypal as a payment option, and I removed all paypal options from each auction (as far as I can tell), as well as from my profile, but I'm still getting the error, and my auctions aren't posting to Ebay.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I do see that you have removed PayPal from your pending listings.
One of the reasons this error happens is that there was a hold placed on the Paypal account that was stored in our system. If this happens, items will error on launch until the account is cleared through eBay's API. This can take up to 48 hours after the account is cleared by Paypal. You may be able to launch new items before the account is cleared through eBay's API by removing the Paypal ID from your preferences, however, items that have already been created and saved will continue to fail on launch until the API is cleared (the API is the "back door" that eBay provides for third-party companies to allow launching to their website).
NOTE: You will continue to receive this error after disabling Paypal as a payment option on Vendio if you do not also adjust your eBay preferences. You will need to uncheck the 'automatically accept Paypal for all auctions' option on eBay in addition to adjusting your settings on Vendio. You will also need to remove all text references to Paypal from your listings.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this.
