Can anyone tell me these 2 things about Paypal:
#1 When buyers pay thru Paypal, why are some of their addresses auto-filled in for me & the WBN received & payment received boxes (2&3) checked and some aren't? My shipping is different item to item & not stated in the auction so they have to be going tbrough my PP link in the Invoice to get the correct shipping amount.
#2 When I add charges onto the Invoice, like an extra item or whatever, why does PP put the extra charges under "Shipping" ? They also don't carry over the itemization of the extra charge that I enter in with it. It is really confusing to buyers, even though they have asked for the extra item, when they get to the PP invoice & see sometimes large, always unitemized charges under "Shipping".
#1. In most cases, Paypal payments will be recorded automatically. There are a few scenarios, however, in which payments might not be recorded in post-sale. These are outlined below:
A. Your buyer has made the payment directly at Paypal (not through eBay/Paypal or Vendio Checkout) and has not filled in the auction information when making their payment. If your buyer does not fill in the auction information, the payment may not be processed in post-sale.
B. Your buyer is using an email address other than the address registered to their eBay ID, and is purchasing a Dutch, eBay Store, or Fixed Price item. At times, payments will not be automatically recorded under these conditions.
To ensure that Paypal payments are recorded properly, you should make sure that you've signed up for Paypal IPN. For more information on IPN, please refer to this link:

If you are still having trouble with this issue, please provide a few specific listing examples so that we can take a look.
#2. Could you please be more specific as to exactly what charges you are adding to the invoice? When you say you are adding an extra item, do you mean an additional auction or Vendio Store item? In other words, do you mean an item that is associated with its own listing number? Exactly what steps are you taking to add on these extra charges?
