Hi. I have read through the message archives and can not find an answer yet. Has anyone reached the $500 C.C. Receiving Limit? I am curious about the "refusing the payment" option.

Can someone explain how the "refusing the payment" process works? The only text I could find on Paypal was this:

https://secure.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_cc-policy:
"Credit card payments sent to your account in excess of the [$500] limit will be held as "pending" until you choose to either accept the payment by upgrading or return it to the sender by refusing the payment."

If this discussion has already taken place, I would appreciate being redirected to the discussion thread.

Thanks,
Sun
