I just got a bunch of assorted CZ earings at a great price, but I don't know the cz/ct weight. Does anyone have a solution on how I can find this out, or another way to list these without ending up answering 50 emails asking the size?

Since the CT weight of CZ is different than diamonds anyway your best bet is to just give the mm size of the stone and then an overall measurement of the earring in either mm or inches.

How would that work on say a pear shaped stone? The length, the length X width?

When I have a pear shaped stone or any shape, I always give the width x the length. I measure at the widest part. Then I give the overall measurement in inches. That way there is no doubt how "big" it's going to look on.
