I am in none receipt of registered mail from Europe shipped 09 Sept. I shipped to Europe yesterday to find that my airmail 12 oz package will likely go surface as commercial planes now only take letters. Things appear to be a mess. I called USPS but no answers there. Any ideas (Like perhaps Fed Ex?)

I am not really sure what your question is... Are you looking for answers as to find out where your registered mail is from Europe? Or are you looking for alternatives to regular mail to go back and forth from Europe?

Wasn't that ban lifted? I sent a package to Switzerland today (air) that I couldn't send last week. No problem this week.

Everything is back to normal. Airmail is going by air. You have been misinformed.
