"Order undergoing quality review." most likely means that payment is pending, while they want to be sure it's ok.

Most will clear in a few hours.

Singapore -- is the KEYWORD -- Singapore has the highest Fraud Rate going - Stolen credit card numbers - etc. It is so bad that BidPay (Western Union) advises -- ONLY ship to the confirmed credit card address.

If it is a high dollar value -- you may better wait. Under Billpoints policy's even if it is found to be stolen or fraudelently used later! - YOU are responsible for the charge. Billpoint WILL take the money right out of your checking account!

My word of advise -- Is proceed with caution.

Actually Indonesia has the highest incidence of fraud. Singapore is ok, but always proceed with caution when dealing with international transactions.

Do not ship the item until you get a deposit date and amount.

I know I've been through this, according to billpoint they periodically pull transactions for review and it can take 3-4 days. But that doesn't mean it will automatically show as depositing. When this happened to me after it finally got out of quality review it went to my deposits pending showing "in dispute". The customer said he never disputed it, it took almost 2 weeks to get the whole mess straighten out. And what every you do don't cancel or refund the funds until the funds have been deposited to your account. Because billpoint will deduct the funds from your account whether or not you ever get the funds. My customer sent me a copy of his online credit card statement and it showed that he had indeed been charged by billpoint, but it took billpoint 7 more days to show a dollar amount to be deposited on my account.

Explain to your customer what it shows on your end with billpoint, have them look at their own billpoint (should show in quality review as well) and let them know that until billpoint releases funds the payment is pending and can not be shipped. Ask them to please contact billpoint from their end as well. Hopefully both contacts would speed it up.

Moral of the story I don't accept billpoint any more.

I have dealt with singapore customers.i dont know what it is like now,but singapore was under martial law for a long time, not using pedestrian walk crossing the street does land you in jail and there is not much carousing at nite, aka not much night life.
remember one american teenager who moved to singapore with his family went out and sprayed paint on cars got whipped despite pleading from clinton.
it is a no nonsense nation state,no doubt about it.
i cant imagine what happens to citizens who write rubber checks or use stolen cc.
indonesia is the one you want to worry about.
