Sorry for the cruddy pictures. I'm not set up to photograph clothing at all. No mannequin and no place to put one.
The skirt is panelled, each panel being a different floral print and lined in a different color silk. There is a matching scarf. Didn't a lot of her designs come with scarves?

I think you were correct - 80's. Does it have those butterfly sleeves - I don't know the real name - that's just what I call them. That was 80's wasn't it?
