Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have definitely come into the 20th and now the 21st centuries. Very civilized. I wouldn't hesitate to ship.

I'm with Roadsmith and Amber in that we've shipped to the Baltics without problem via Airmail letter rate or parcel without tracking. We did insist on using either bank transfer or MoneyBookers to minimize our risk. In one early transaction (1999?) they mailed an envelope containing well-concealed cash bank notes to our European bank where it was credited without incident. However in 2008 the Baltics have excellent international banking facilities so bank transfers are much easier.

DELAWARE??? the state or is there a Delaware
country?
I know there is a country of Georgia
Never heard of the country of Delaware. But new names pop up all the time .
This may sound crazy, when the cyclone in "Myanmar" hit, it took me a while to realize it was Burma. Those hoodlums can call it Myanmar but to me it is Burma. It is terrible how the people in some countries live because of terrible, evil, government. ....and yet we complain .
Back to topic-
In the USA, my experience getting mail delivered in NM is a slow process, WY has also proven to be slow.
Delaware state nadda a problem
Do not know why WY and NM have slow service, it may just be my experiences

deur1...I was referring to the State of Delaware...for some reason I only get maybe one buyer every three months, if that, from Delaware. Don't think it is the tax free reason either. Have several from Oregon.
Just checked my STAMPS reports...3 since Nov. 2007(all in November also..)

Last week I shipped a big batch of cards to Croatia. The buyer was very concerned about the postal service there and asked me to send it registered.

Ship it! The old eastern block European countries are ramping up. I have shipped to several and have had no issues. Their money spends just like anyone elses.
My oddball places for shipping have been Malta and Iceland.
