Under shipping and handling i only charge what fedx charges me and usps, sometimes i under charge and pay the difference! and i say it in my auctions
So you tell me how im now rated at a 4.6 ebay will hear me roar, for the infliction of emotional stress and for there negligence
which casued my business harm !

But it is not eBay that is rating you, it is your buyers. I am telling all my buyers about the DSR system. Of course, they will not all read it, but I have had some very positive comments, especially from UK buyers. So far, my stars have not gone up, but at least some buyers now know the effect of leaving lower than 5 on their ratings, and hopefully that will help other sellers.

Amber - I'm doing the same thing in my shipping letter.
The only problem is that if someone wants to extort you, you've just given them more ways to do it. I say "Oh Well - we sellers have no control now so why worry about it.
