i have tried to call ebay ,can't get pass the prompts ,also tried live chat ,it will not connect ,anyone have an idea how to talk to someone.

I called yesterday and the automatic routing system is really whacked out. Tried 3 times before I could get it routed correctly. Each time, I had to listen to a 2 minute spiel, telling me that there are known flaws in the DSR calculations (duh!) but they will not be accepting calls about them until June 6.
