Okay, I'm down to the wire on buying gifts for the nieces and nephews. They are all pretty computer savy. How do you go about giving gift certificates for Ebay purchases? Do their parents have to have a credit card on file with Ebay AND/OR do their parents have to have an account with PayPal? Anyone know how this works? Is it even feasible?

Wally World had EBAY GIFT CARDS...but like you said...to shop & buy ....ebay & paypal wants your first born to purchase something. Otherwise how would they give that 100% BUYER & SELLER PROTECTION....
