this is a scammer. she buys items and when they arrive she claims they are broken to get a refund or partial refund... then she leaves negative feedback to boot.

i was quite skeptical of her from the beginning too. it was a set of fiesta ware cups and saucers. i pack very well and these were in bubblewrap and packing peanuts. i know there is no guarantee that things will always be delivered as it was packed. when she emailed me that they were broken I saw that she didn't buy insurance. I asked her about the condition of the box and she claimed it was fine. that is when i got suspicious. i never asked her for photos, but offered her a partial refund of $4.00 based on 4 items of 20 being broken at $19.99 final auction price. she had no problems with my partial refund offer, but a month later she left still left me negative feedback. i left her positive feedback, but stated that she didn't buy insurance and that i still gave her a partial refund. then she claimed in follow up that i sent her ugly messages. never once did any of our communication turn ugly, either from myself or her.

I contacted another seller who left her feedback with the same problem as me. He said he was reporting her too and that when he asked her for photos of the damaged Fiesta items she responded that "God would Care for him." I got that same creepy Godliness in her messages too.

It just isn't worth the trouble dealing with someone like this and I recommend block her from bidding on your items.

Thanks for the warning.

I looked at the Feedback she has left for Sellers and as far as I am concerned she is abusing the Feedback system. I'm sorry she found you!

Blocked - thanks for the alert. I wish we had a place to list all of the abuser and after a while they would get the hint.

Thanks so much. I am always happy to add a scammer to my BB list!
