I am only getting a few emails with paypal payments. My payments do show up in my paypal account but I have only gotten about 1/3 of my emails to confirm payment has been made. This has been going on for a few days.

I'm not getting all my Vendio emails. Mostly from EO. I'll get 2 or 3 and then I get one that makes no sense because I didn't get the one before it. Has these ever happened to anyone else?

Our sales from Jan-May are down 50% compaired to previous years. June is down 75%. Ebay fees are always going up and Vendio fees have doubled if not tripled. don't know how any of us are going to stay alive doing this.

Hello valo3456,
When you have time, please contact our sales department (877-258-8488) to review the plan you have and the available plans you could switch to instead.
Chances are there is a different plan that would be a lot more cost effective than the one your using currently.
Unfortunately on the issue with the PayPal email confirmations missing, this is an ongoing issue with the PayPal IPN system that comes and goes over the course of the year.
Note however that this wouldn't have anything to do with getting email notifications for posting to the message boards.

My business partner already talked in length with one of your reps. Your fees are still more then doubled because of our store items. Between the 2 of our stores valo3456 and thecostumefairy we have over 5000 store listings.

Hi Chris
I know that paypal doesn't have anything to do with the message board. I just wish I was getting all my email from here.
This is really weird as well. I just got this:

When I came here there was only one post from you Chris. How did I get two - one from you and the identical one from valo3456 (which isn't posted here)?
There is definitely something wrong with my Vendio emails?

Sales are uneven here. I'm attributing it to the Fourth of July -- certainly some people would have taken two weeks off, incorporating a three-day weekend.
It's okay, though. This is a great time to do website work.
valo3456 - I will email you directly about this, so we can confirm that you really are on the best plan for your account/s.
ebabestreasures - we wanted to be sure the original poster knew that your reference to missing email was a separate issue and not confuse the two as being related.
Good to see however that you got both copies of that post. Your receiving those two were not in error, outside of my own that is. I forgot to log out of the other account when posting that message, which I reposted under my own ID right afterward.
Regards,
Chris

I agree with fluff. Now is the time to make those changes you have always planned, but did not, because you feared that you would interrupt your sales.
Ask yourself - what sales? It is slow, and most likely will be slow for the rest of the summer, and perhaps well into Q3.
Take this time to make those changes and prepare for Q4, and the holiday sales.

That's always the bummer with the usual summer slow-down. It's the perfect time to tackle those tasks to prep for when it picks back up speed, but unfortunately it's also when you finally have a chance to get out of the house and enjoy some freetime.
