Hi,
I sale my items on ebay auction.
When auction ends and my customer wins an item automatic message is generated and is send to my customer:
Congratulations! You are the winning bidder on my eBay auction!

I don't think you can but someone will be along in a little bit and let us know. I would like to cancel that invoice also because I send my own.

I have a lot of customer who buys more than one item, so it's extremely important for me to invoice them manually when I need.

From looking at the Communication Preferences settings page, it appears that the only one who can cancel receiving the "You are the winning bidder" emails from eBay is the bidder.

That is the Vendio Check-out which you won't be able to have when EBay disallows 3rd Party checkouts.
You can have the Vendio Check-out re-direct cancelled...I think.
EBay will still send an Invoice that you cannot cancel and it is a nuisance when people buy more than one item.
I have a note in a lot of my listings that tells folks if they are buying more than one item then wait for our Invoice BUT as we all know a lot of people don't read so they pay and I refund the over charge on Shipping.

I won't refund partial payments for combined shipping if there is more than one payment. I issue a refund for both and send a Paypal invoice with the correct amount.
According to eBay/Paypal this is the correct way to ensure your package is covered by Seller Protection. If you combine both items in one package and the buyer claims they only received one, then Paypal is going to issue a refund to the buyer for one of their payments.

I am rarely covered by Seller Protection as unless I have an expensive shipment we do not use a delivery Confirmation class of postage. Canada Post is set up very differently from USPS.
If I wanted to charge for Delivery Confirmation for a person buying 4-6 items from me then the postage costs would be so outrageous that they would not buy.
Since 2002 and shipping all over the World with no exceptions, I have not had one parcel not arrive, never had a SNAD complaint and never had a PayPal chargeback. The law of averages says I will probably get one sometime but I will handle it when I do.
DC is one of the reasons I have almost stopped buying on EBay. When I am going to be charged $21.00 for shipping 2 lipsticks I back out and head for my local Store.
