Buyer "markkremers" with a fb of (12) is learning early. Bought a lot of 40 books from me. According to post office and delivery person a 13.2 lb box was delivered to him. He files Not as described and says he received one book in a postal bag with my label on it. Not true. I have d.c. as delivered and statement from delivery person that box was delivered. And yet I lost the case. And he left me a neg on top of it. Watch this guy.

Blocked!!

Here are 2 scammers of mine. Just a heads up. Refused to return items that they said were moldy. One is the PJ lady talked about here before. Another is a woman with private feedback so we do not know what FB she leaves for other sellers. Here items were porcelain Mardi Gras masks. I do not see how they could be moldy, they were NOT!!!!Both posted on my daughter's FB. They seem to try to hit inexperienced people. The weird thing is the PJs were NEW in the package and the other items came from my house & I do not have any problem FB (knock on wood)"mary-831" and "turtles-and-butterflies"

Truly vicious FB. She reported the second buyer on the button provided on FB page. I told her she needs to call Ebay because I am not sure she can list with those horrid statements on her FB.Neither opened a case against her.

All three added to my BBL.
Capolady...if you had the Proof of Delivery as well as the Statement from Post Office employee...why on earth would you lose the case?
eBay is enabling thieves at this point!

I'd say eBay is aiding and abetting crimes.

I would report eBay to your state attorney's office and report the buyer to the FBI Internet crime website:

www.ic3.gov

Also, make sure to report buyer on eBay.

If reporting eBay to state attorney's consumer complaint office, I would do so as an individual, not a business.

I've added them to my list too.

Many years ago a buyer scammed me out of a new camera. They returned an old, scratched up, broken camera and switched the SN plates to the point they cracked it.

eBay's reasoning was that I used stock images. Ironically, this was the same time that eBay had been pushing sellers to use stock images.

I had purchased 5 of the same camera on clearance and all the serial numbers were in sequential order. If eBay looked at my notes on each item sold, they could see that I notated each Serial Number for the camera I shipped them and all of the other buyers had absolutely no problem with their cameras. Even with my documentation, eBay allowed the buyer to commit fraud. The buyer was also a seller and was not banned even after I filed police reports, etc.

If you get a chargeback from a buyer, eBay and Paypal won't provide you any information about it. They cover it up and tell you tough sh...

I reported the guy to ebay, of course no response from them. As far as the case is concerned I don't have proof that the box was delivered. Of course I do have a statement from the letter carrier that he delivered the box. I also have the guy's feedback. In the case he says he says he received a postal bag with one book and my label. In the fb he states the box was cut. Hello!! Ebay is just blind to the buyers rip off tactics.

Like the above posted link, I think the most harm has come because sellers can no longer leave neg or neutral FB for buyers. There is not way to alert other sellers to the scams that that unscrupulous buyers have perfected. You can report a buyer, but little happens. What a shame. They have ruined Ebay. IMHO.

Sellers should be able to leave unbiased FB if a person is dishonest, nasty, slow pay, etc.
