I came across the following article that was published in The Guardian Newspaper on December 7, 2013. I thought everyone would find it interesting.
"Seller beware when listing on eBay"
"We speak to eBay sellers who have found trading is stacked in favour of the buyer while sellers are left out of pocket."

Seems like the same old story.
It takes one bad experience to taint it permanently. eBay knows that sellers are more forgiving than buyers, which is why they tilt toward the buyer.
If more sellers left when they were defrauded, things would change. For every seller who leaves eBay, there are many more signing up, especially in the modern economy.

The problem is there are so many sellers with good merchandise and good customer service and internet savvy, when more and more of these sellers leave,Ebay would end up with old and new sellers selling cheap, low price items from fleamarket,China and someone's garbage cans.

as long as people hold on to the belief, one man trash is another man's treasure, there will always be an EBAY,with all the squabbles, returns, scams, negs.
