Well, almost 80% of my sales are now on Etsy, though every month or so I get a strong run on eBay.

My life has changed so much since June though, that I really don't even have much time to do anything.

Business moved 3 times - from the storefront to our warehouse, warehouse to storage, and now storage to my new apartment... yes, new apartment which also means I moved my home too.

On top of that I started a part-time job in May. They hired me as a Program Coordinator for 15 hours a week. I have been working 22-25 a week helping people get grant money to start small businesses, go to school, and buy a first home.

2 weeks ago they approached me to take over another program... finding housing for incoming refugees. That puts me at about 30-32 hours a week plus eBay and Etsy, 4 moves. Fun times!!! Not a moment to spare.

Being busy is great, though a bit exhausting at times. No complaints. I'm helping others, I'm running my business in spare time, I'm just living with Cindy and the dog now. All is good.

are you asking me or Shag?
I have not given up on 11 Main St,the shop is still there but it is just another site I have to maintain when the items are sold elsewhere.
I went to Sears Marketplace and list a few items there FREE!

I am under the impression that Etsy buyers are Ebay buyers, but it looks like not so.
They are nicer, they dont haggle and they dont extort feedback or ask for partial refund or file disputes.
I have 2 Ebay buyers who left me neg and neutral as they said the post office said it does not cost much to ship and I am asking too much.
USPS postal clerk did not take into consideration DC,private insurer and Ebay fee.

Either of you. I'm not sure Shag got his 11 Main started with all he has going on.
Doesn't sound like it's going anywhere.

I sold 2 items on 11 Main St,first one was 6.99 and I have to cancel as it was sold elsewhere.
The second one was 9.99 with free shipping which I gladly shipped.
11 Main St is also hard to navigate as a seller.
I was browsing AMZN,and for 39.99 you can open a shop there so I found a shop selling items I sell and it looks like it is doing well, heaps of good feedback from the buyers?
AMZN charges 99 cents transaction fee for every item sold in its marketplace, but if you have a shop and pay 39.99,then the 99 cents transaction fee is waived.
So if you know you can sell minimum of 40 items, your shop is free.

Years ago I listed items on Overstock.com when they have an auction site,I did well,I must have sold a few thousand dollars worth of goods, but it looks like it has shut down its auction and third party selling.

I'm not doing anything with 11Main. Not interested, and simply don't have the time any more.

My goal is to make enough to pay off some bills, then either sell the online biz or just do it seasonally. Too much on my plate, but the extra revenue is nice to have.

I am selling small items on Ebay, which is easy to pack and ship, all the other items just sit and sit.
A lot of Ebay sellers are in trouble with the new defect system and the Paypal 180 days return policy.
Some just cannot upload DC or do not have any DC to upload may be restricted .
