Buyer requested to return item. Though the claim is fraudulent (they claimed item was tangled, when it is impossible to do unless you do it after it is removed from the package), I accepted the return and gave the buyer clear instructions where to ship the returned item to.
They shipped it to the incorrect address. So, it now shows delivered when it didn't arrive.
I saw the address, tried to correct it and eBay's system wouldn't let me. I sent a message to the buyer with the correct address.
I don't even know where eBay got that address from. It has never been the address it shows, which was two addresses mixed together. I updated all of our addresses about 2 months ago, so this is the first time I have had this problem.
Waiting on eBay hold now for 36 minutes. Getting really sick of this BS.

sellers are losing money left and right, buyers return empty envelope,or perfume sample instead of iphone,or return to another address in the same zipcode.

you know what happens to filing dispute online,?
The Ebay bot (robot/software) will just refund your buyer, then you have to appeal and hopefully a live person will look at it.

if it is less than $750,all it needs is tracking to show it has been delivered and Ebay bot will refund.
But the bad address you have on file, does it have your zipcode??
