Customer emails me that they receive a part with a crooked bolt (we inspect all of them when they arrive and when they leave and did not see a crooked bolt on one which would be quite obvious).
This is the part that gets me... they claim they installed the part and now it's stuck halfway. Gee, if the bolt was crooked from the beginning, why would you risk damaging your furniture by installing a crooked bolt?
Now they are asking me for solutions.
- How about contacting your seller prior to installing an item that you claim is damaged so that you can get a replacement and install it properly?
- Or, if the bolt wasn't damaged but is now stuck, just tell the truth?
I don't think either of these are the solutions they are looking for. ;o)
