I'm looking for some small (bar size) cutting boards in various colors.
Seller is in the UK. Though the item is not expensive, around $9 including shipping, the listing doesn't give brand or dimensions so I have no way of knowing how large they are.
I try to contact the seller and received this message from eBay:
"We're sorry we couldn't find an answer for you. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of messages this seller receives, they are unable to respond to your specific question right now. We suggest reviewing the item again to see if your answer is in the seller's listing."
Nice to know that the big box store sellers don't have to work very hard.

It sounds like Ebay is shielding this seller from questions. I would say, no way to contact, no way I am buying from this seller.
There are many high volume sellers on the web, if they want to stay in business they have someone who can answer their questions.

I think there is a feature which the seller can turn on not to answer questions.
But the message you get is not the same, may be Ebay changes it.
