PAYPAL has said if you lose a dispute on Ebay, you can try again with them.
Thats the only change I can recall in its last memo to us.
Does it mean if we sellers win on ebay, we have another battle to fight with Paypal and then another with a chargeback?

wait, now I recall Paypal used to showcase our shop??
May be Paypal will compete with Ebay with Paypal marketplace ??

No, PayPal cann't compete with eBay on running a Marketplace & eBay can't compete with PayPal on starting up a new payment service.
There is a 'non-compete' clause written into the Agreement. Standard for a business...however IF eBay sells to another Company then I believe that ends.

I did read that eBay can now authorise us to accept other forms of payment...if they wish but they have had to guarantee to PayPal that 80% (I think that was the figure) of their sales would be processed as PayPal payments.
So it seems that the two Companies will still be 'in bed together'.

Since Ebay has no merchandise and does not sell anything, how can anyone expect Ebay to guarantee 80% or any %??
You can accept other payments on Ebay now, as long as it is credit card, not cash or money order, wiretransfer ,ACH or postal order or personal check.
Some sellers use Propay, Skrill? or their own merchant account.
