I am having a problem with relisting items because ebay has changed their policy to apply UPC, PN, other items.
I do understand that Ebay is run by morons with MBAs, but don't understand their own business model.
However, the response I got from Vendio was almost as bad. I wrote and told them about the problem, and how I tried to fix it. It was almost like Vendio didn't even read my problem or care about fixing it.
15 years here, and they don't have the courtesy to really apply any real help to their long term customers.
Anyone else have this problem with Vendio? I have put up with it for years.

I am still waiting to see if Vendio gets a fix for this, since I cannot relist many shoes that are ending.

Can you list the item if it isn't being seen as a relist? IE can you submit a copy of the item and get it to post without error?
If so it may be like a lot of rollout changes over the years, where items stuck in the middle of a change fail to relist - but will post anew when you disconnect it from being a relist of a previous item.
I can relate to giving a company 15 years of your time, only to be dropped cold when someone new takes over. :P
Depending on your version of Sales Manager the process for listing an item anew Vs as a true relist may be a bit different, but you've been here long enough to know how to use the tools so give it a shot and share what you find with others on the boards. Users helping other users is how the forums began way back in the day and that may be the best solution going forward as well.

Ok Vendio HAS responded. After a fashion I can tell you how to fix it.
Go down on your template to
Ebay Catalog Information (green writing about lower middle of page)
Pick BRAND (in the small box right underneath Ebay catalog information
Put in your brand IE Monogram
next pick MPM from the same box.
put in "does not apply"
Go to bottom for EBAY PREVIEW
in ebay preview, do a save.
Then list your item as you would before.
Hope this helps some of you

Glad I could help. If anyone is still having trouble, let me know.
You can fix your templates and you will not have to do these corrections every time, except more things to edit if you sell multiple products. Don't edit it, and you will not be in the correct search.
I am just a long time user, not a tech, but if we don't help each other, nobody else WGAF.

I am still having this problem. I tried the fix with selecting the brand and MPN as Does Not Apply. Launching still fails and says the UPC code is required. I even put in a UPC in the Marketplace Page and added a custom UPC field in the eBay Info tab in the "Custom Item Specifics" fields. Nothing thus far has allowed the listings to launch.

You have to go to the top of the page and add does not apply to the UPC block right under the listing title.
