Does anyone know what error 17 "not found in ebay data base" means? It is written in pure "computer programmer speak!!!I called ebay and they couldn't tell me. They say it is vendio. I am sure after trying to penetrate vendio's customer service wall, they will blame it on ebay.
I have not been listing for about 9 months, and 3 out of my 4 listings that I am trying to bring on line to start the auctions again, I get this error.
Anyone know how to fix this? are my templates too old. I cancelled the auctions 9 months ago as I had to leave town.

To all those interested, I figured out the stopped auctions from last year are all corrupt. Nothing in my templates does not work, so that has to be the problem.

9 months is a long time,Ebay is always tweaking its system.
are you aware,if you want to charge a restocking fee,you cant just say it in the listing, there is a place to specify yes or no and if yes, what is the %tage.
If a buyer domestic, files item not as described ,you pay return shipping and you can send him a return label via ebay.
Thank you for contacting Vendio Support. Please note the error message being displayed is because the listings are too old and no longer in eBay's database.Hence, the lauch attempts are failing. In order to work around the problem you should schedule the relist for far in the future, then copy the pending listing and then launch the copy (ensure you cancel and delete the scheduled listing).

You used to be able to just copy the listing and then work with that instead of the original listing. Does that not work now?
