I posted on this forum because I know some of us sell on AMZN.
AMZN has a new platform and is moving all the sellers to the new platform,of course you can do it yourself .
So I look at my inventory and see if I need to revise prices.
The new fee schedule for indvidual sellers is free listing until sold and then a transaction free of 99 cents plus their final value fee,it depends on the category.
For books,minimum fee would be like $2.43.
So many sellers left their listing on AMZN for one penny asking price,just think how much money it would cost them to keep that listing if it is finally sold-
You will collect one penny plus 3.99 shipping,total 4 dollars.
AMZN will take 99 cents transaction fee and 2.43 for final value fee ,thats 3.42 dollars.
Then you will ship the book media or first class mail,do your math,how much do you lose?
