I am leaving vendio because they have failed to correct even MINOR fixes to their programs (that would take maybe an hour or two at the most). They just don't care anymore. I was always saying vendio was USER VICIOUS, but it did have value worth the money. NO MORE I was charged $89 this month for their services and got almost nothing I cannot get from ebay now- -adays.
Minor FIXES need to be done. But nobody cares. SO today I end our association.

Yeah Vendio is not what it used to be. They even got rid of their best customer service people.
But you can't get eBay to correct anything either. Their UPS calculator hasn't worked in years and they will do NOTHING to fix it.
I was even told they wanted to give the buyer a break on shipping (the calculator always under charges the buyer) but the only problem is that I'm paying for that discount.

I am sorry to read of your problems. Selling on ebay is difficult and you do not need 3rd party problems on top of that. I wish you good fortune in the future.

The worst part is Vendio could fix most of the problems with an 8 hours or less of program time. How long would it take to extend the tidal box from 64 to 80 characters when ebay did 5 years ago. Why lost customers over a bunch of simple 10 minute fixes. Just stupid and bad management. I would not mind paying for their services if they gave a #*!@ about their customer's needs for basic basic stuff. When management turns into morons, soon the well dries up..

FEWER AND FEWER PEOPLE USE VENDIO,I DOUBT IF ANY IT technicians are spending time fixing it,besides they have been bought by Chinese company,.they are all multimillionaires now.
