A necklace I sold arrived yesterday and the buyer wrote me to tell me that it arrived safely and was very nice. She then when on to tell me that it was poorly packed. That I used some type of cotton and the box and envelope were flimsy. That it was just luck that it arrived safely.
I remember putting the necklace in a hard shell box (like jewelry store use to use) and then in a padded envelope. You can jump on this type of box and not break it. Also I did not use any type of cotton.
She is either confused or crazy but she hasn't left me FB yet so I don't want to cause her to make it negative.
I want to respond but don't know how.
I know there are so few poster here now but if anyone reads this, suggestions are welcome.

I might "apologize" that the packing seemed poorly done and then ask if she might be so kind as to send a photo of the packaging, as it does not sound at all like the way we pack our orders. That I would be grateful as it would be helpful in determining if, indeed, there was tampering by the shipping company, so that we could address such a problem.

some buyers buy so many items, they lose track of where they come from and who sold the item.
Ditto with seller-
Twice I rceived items which I did not buy and do not even know the seller ,one is a glass creamer and another a piece of jewelry?
