probably old trick but more cases reported-
send an empty package to a place in your zipcode,like a hopsital,restaurant,CVS store,which are open during business hours and will always have someone to sign for the package.
when buyer files item not received,seller presents tracking and signature confirmation and win.
Buyer than have to contact USPS office and obtain a copy of the exact address where it was shipped to and appeal.
