OMG we agree on something not animal related.
Yes this person is one sick individual.
The Rev. Fred Phelps, founder of Westboro Baptist in Kansas, contends that American soldiers are being killed in Iraq as vengeance from God for protecting a country that harbors gays. The church, which is not affiliated with a larger denomination, is made up mostly of Phelps' children, grandchildren and in-laws.
The church members carried signs and shouted things such as "God hates fags" and "God hates you."
Well "one" is the wrong word to use. "A family of" would be better.
This is no better than those at Walter Reed.

I agree. At least this group is consisted primarily by "family members". (Unfortunately, they probably do not believe in birth control either.) It's a shame they are getting any kind of coverage at all. They should crawl back under the rocks they crawled out of...jmho.

These are the same people who showed up to protest in Wyoming some years ago at the funeral of a gay person (Mathew Sheppard) who had been crucified and left dying on a fence post.

Any church that acts like that is worse off than a demon burning in Hell. I wouldn't be caught dead in a church like that.

I have noticed that some right wing religious wackos on this board and elsewhere use the HATE word very often.
I believe these nut cases on this board and elsewhere that are the true HATERS here in America.
I also believe any quote "Christian" that uses the HATE WORD SO VERY OFTEN might as well or already have aliened themselves with other HATERS and dangerous people.
These fake HATING Christians have joined the likes of the KKK,SKIN HEADS or Murdering Muslims.
We all know the KKK,SKIN HEADS or Murdering Muslims also call themselves RELIGIOUS just like the HATE filled FAKE CHRISTIANS in America do.
