The film is not supposed to have a story line. There is no story. I rarely go to movies but will probably see this one. The style is much like the radio shows Phil Hendrie used to put on which I thought were hilarious.

BORAT is most excell movie. You must see. Is funny. Other wise BORAT will be execute. <all said with fake Ruzzin accent>
If you ever saw his TV series Ali in da House you'll know how talented Sasha really is. BTW the movie is satire not comedy. The people he's interviewed are not aware he's taking the mickey out of them, or that he's playing to their misconceptions and prejudices.

Mingotree sez; The crudity and vulgarity wear thin after 1-2 minutes ...but it's worst crime is that it's BORING!!!!
It's also stupid, erratic, lacking in a story line deeper than "See Spot run", not funny, and did I mention BORING!

Now, IF I was linda, I would spend days posting about it, screaming to high heaven about the outrage of it all, my feathers all a-flutter, my tender feelings wounded to the quick, my lonely heart broken, and, of course, all the while proclaiming that I don't care what anyone thinks or says
But that ain't going to happen because it was all a simple mis-understanding...poor pi thought I was talking about him and replied in the only way he knows how.
