That's it Cuff. Rub it my face! ( The stock's up to $6.40 a share too ) .

I often wonder what percentage of the many BV sellers even read the Community areas or message boards such as Vendio. Could be a factor comes February and July milestone dates?

Hey doofus. I hear that isn't all you rub.

And when you post worthless stats like,
1,251,431 auctions
in 2,644 categories!

You really need to put, over $1,000,000 of them worthless sports cards. The rest is garbage that the trash haulers wouldn't take.

So doofus, put me on ignore on all of your stupid ID's including cuff, doofus, bidsbids and any other you can dream of.

AuctionDOOFUS is too doofy to pull off this kind of charade. I think mscuff2u is a ginuwine banjo strummin' 6 fingered cousin f'in' corn-cob pipe smokin' booger eatin' tobacky chewin' hillybilly women. I bet she's a member of one of those inbred churches where they dance around with rattle snakes. Yes the stock is at 6.40 lets see what it dives too when they publish their earnings. Has anyone listened to the interview. I don't know what kind of swindle Elmer Fudd is trying to pull off but he's not an inktomi founder as he claims. Inktomi was founded by Eric Brewer, then an assistant professor of computer science at U.C. Berkeley, and graduate student Paul Gauthier.

I went to UC Berkeley never had Eric Brewer but buddy of mine had him. Hey DOOFUS why don't you do the leg work and call and see if Elmer Fudd was an inktomi founder like he claims. http://www.cs.berkeley.edu/~brewer/bio.html "In 1996, he co-founded Inktomi Corporation with a Berkeley grad student based on their research prototype, and helped lead it onto the Nasdaq 100 before it was bought by Yahoo! in March 2003." this is from his bio it. It doesn't say anything about him co-founding it with some old stuttering Elmer Fudd looking idiot.

eBay only has 403,602 sports card auctions, and Bidville has 873,180 (70% of Bidville's listings!!!)

Either eBay isn't the place to auction sports cards or Bidville has inflated the number of their listings with a lot of worthless sports cards.

The owners of Bidville could bid on this eBay Auction and increase their number of auctions to almost 2 million, but I'd still be unimpressed with Bidville's performance.

Someone claimed BV was 90% sportcards a while back, so things are looking up!

"... Bidville has inflated the number of their listings with a lot of worthless sports cards."

When you say "Bidville has inflated...", what exactly does that mean? Are you suggesting an impropriety on the part of BV management? If so, you may want to back the statement up with some proof in order to sustain your current level of credibility. If you'd like to clarify your statement that works too.

I suspect that not many people sell cards on eBay because the fee's to sell commons eat them alive. Is eBay really an option for those Sellers? Where would you like sportcard Sellers to sell? Would you prefer they not sell anywhere? They come to BV because BV welcomes them, and anyone who is a true card collector appreciates BV's huge selection of cards.

Okay, fair enough. How about putting it this way. Bidville's auction count is inflated with a lot of worthless sports cards. When you look under the hood Bidville doesn't have much horsepower.

If they make it "BIG," I'll be surprised from what I've seen of their site.

Weird data for BV's stock?

http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=BVLEE.OB

Can you image the field day the investigative reporters will have when they delve into the composition of the BV listings? 80% Sportscards and 100,000 outrageously priced books by one seller? ( the seller has this disclaimer on every auction which may be a breach of BV rules .... Our dealers regularly update their stock, however sometimes the books may have already sold and will not be available at time of purchase
This special treatment seller only has a 21 feedback rating as well.

As ebay's growth continues so will BV's. The number of sellers that can not successfully compete at the hyper-competitive ebay site grows rapidly. Some of these sellers make their way to BV and other warehousing sites.

It has nothing to do with being competitive or better or worse than a successful Seller at eBay. It has more to do with eBay greed and the deliberate shutting out of perfectly good Sellers who deal in either low-end, or low volume items. What they don't realize is that some of those Sellers they've managed to run off also may sell high-end items, or use smaller sites as a way to rotate their stock, or are just sick of the constant listing fees, and eBays take it or leave it attitude.

I predict that when all is said and done, the eBay sellers who do try BV will be impressed. BV may have a BIGGER impact than you might imagine

No Cuff, it's ALL about the 30 cent listing fee for 7 days on low end items at ebay. The new '2 cents per month regardless of price' ebay store fees may hurt sites like BV too.

The question of the hour is who is impersonating BVCS and sending an email virus to members of BV?

It's not cards it's music CDs. The ( 0 ) feedback seller is chayes from England with 37,185 listing. Very similar to the bookconsignment ( 21 ) feedback rated seller mega seller on BV with his 100,097 book listings. I remember seeing carnaby's listings jump for a while by 30,000+ because of a music CD seller and this must be the same guys brought in by the same carnaby management.
So now there are 2 mega sellers with stuff that almost never ever sells at BV. Manipulate that stock you guys!

BV is probably beating the bushes looking for these mega sellers. To the naive investor it may appear that BV is growing rapidly as predicted.

It could be that the CD Seller found BV via one of the banner adds BV has started running at various sites. Maybe he likes these particular ex-Carnaby people

Very naive of you Cuff. The new BV management are masters of manipulating statistics. How else can a nickle stock shoot to as high as $7.50 ?

In the audio interview the used car salesman looking guy mentioned iwon as a possible site to advertise. I go there every day to earn my 100 points for the annual $10 million prize and I've never seen any BV ads there.

Bidville is the perfect stock to sell short. When the investors realize what a disaster area bidville really is, the stock price will drop like a rock.
