How in the world can you possibly justify charging a fee for a transaction that comes from an existing balance. I can live with the CC charge ( but we were "bait and switched" into it) . IF I have $400 in my account and pay for something then that person does the same and it goes on down the line you guys are getting a huge percentage of that money that never leaves the system. It sure isn't fair and I don't see how you can possibly justify it ?

I guess no reply means it can't be justified so the best thing is to just ignore the question.
