I now have a Personal account with PayPal (used to have a Business account). I got tired of paying the fees for items that I sell for only $3.00. With all the Ebay, Vendio and PayPal fees I don't make any money, so I downgraded to the personal account until I start selling bigger ticket items.

My problem is that customers see PayPal in my description and they assume I accept all PayPal payments. I can only accept non-credit card funded payments. I have this information in my Ebay descriptions but people don't read them, or don't understand what that means.

I end up refunding about 2 out of 5 payments.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem, or have any creative suggestions? Or should I just start selling larger ticket items to offset the PayPal fees and upgrade to the Business account?
