Will you automatically renew my magazines?

Unlike many publishers and subscription agents, I do not automatically renew your magazine subscriptions.. Some publishers try to renew your subscription by sending you a "renewal invoice", and when receiving these, and you do not wish to renew, simply ignore this letter, or reply with "Do not renew", and send it back.

If You Want to renewals your Subscription please e-mail [email protected]  and we will create your "Renewal" Receipt Within 24 hours, Please make sure the name and address are exactly the same as the subscriptions you are about to renew. Also we ask that you Renew at least 3 months in advance of your subscriptions end date, to have no stop devilry of your magazine.

Methods of payment for subscriptions?

We  accept payments by Money Orders, PayPal (method for Credit Cards); you also be emailed and still be required to mail in the recite form.

Do you only accept PayPal/Credit Cards?

At this time we accept payments through. PayPal accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), PayPal does require you to sign up for an account in order to make your payment (account is free, easy, user friendly, and setup is a breeze) 

 What name will appear on your Credit Card Bill ?
 The name of our PAYPAL account will be on your credit card bill

Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?
No, unfortunately we do not at this time. Only Possible Way Is By Physical Personal Mailing By Airmail, You Will Then Have To Billed Monthly For International Airmailing Fees, So Its Up To Your Discretion.. 

How long will it take for me to receive my first subscription?
As a general rule, allow between 8-12 weeks for your first issue to commence. This time frame is generally industry standard. There is very little difference in the processing time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through a subscription agent. As a general rule, magazines published more frequently than others will arrive the soonest. Keep in mind also that many magazines pre-print the mailing labels in advance to save some money, and this can also delay the arrival of your first issue in some cases. If you still have a problem with a magazine not arriving on time, you can contact us [email protected] and we'll look into it.

Why am I receiving double issues?

If you're receiving two issues of the same magazine, the problem is either you ordered the same magazine twice, or you put in a renewal subscription as new, instead of a renewal. In order to resolve this problem, all you would need to do is contact the publisher and notify them you wish to combine these two subscription sent to your same address.

Can you order  gift subscriptions to go along with subscriptions?

Yes of course, and we highly recommend it, All people from all kinds of life enjoy reading magazines. Just make sure when you do summit an order as a gift, you provide there  mailing information , and your billing information and to list out what subscriptions are to be gift ones.

What is your policy on order cancellations?

Once your order is in, your  payment  and recite from has been mailed out , there is very little room to request a refund. If you order a subscription and paid though PayPal, you may cancel your order within 48 hours, however there is a 20% fee for this service. And Refunds can only be given if the order has not yet been submitted to the publishers.

Can I change the address for my subscription(s)?

It is very easy to request a change of address for your subscriptions. The easiest way to have this done is to contact each publisher directly, and inform them of the change. You can do this by either telephoning their support number (which you can find on their website), or many publishers make it possible to modify your address on their website directly. Feel free to contact us with any other specific questions regarding change of address.

There is an error in my order, what should I do?

After receiving your e-mail Magazine Receipt, if there is an error in your order, please e-mail  [email protected] and notify us what exactly the error is, as soon as possible. The sooner you notify us of the error, the easier it will be for us to fix it before we send the order to the clearinghouse--once the order is sent, it can take several weeks for the correct information to be processed.
