We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or the service you receive please notify 4mile antiques as soon as possible. All new merchandise is returnable and you are welcome to return your purchase in the same new condition as when it was shipped. Please request any returns within 7 days of receipt of package. Your satisfaction is our number 1 priority!

I will try to respond to your offer asap. If your offer is more than you need to pay for the quantity you need, I will decline your offer with a note including the correct offer to make. If your offer is too low I will either decline or send a counteroffer. As I get hundreds of emails every day, I do sometimes miss or forget to check some offers and I sometimes forget them while I am considering them...it's a senior thing...hopefully you'll someday be old enough to understand. IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE, GUARANTEE!
Orders too large for 1st Class or a Priority Flat Rate Envelope will be shipped in the cheapest manner possible at the buyer's expense. If in doubt please ask for shipping quote.

Please verify your address. You are responsible for notifying me and confirming receipt of notification regarding any address change. Unless you receive an email acknowledging a requested change, your package will be sent to the address provided at checkout and you will be responsible for returned packages and any additional shipping & handling charges.

Most items are shipped in 3 to 5 business days, but handling time can take longer. If faster shipping is important, please contact me before purchase. Overnight service is available upon request for a fee. Shipping Insurance is included in Handling Fees or Free Shipping. Your item is guaranteed to arrive in good condition and as described, but I can not guarantee actual shipping time.

Claims for lost packages, while rare, may take up to 45 days to be settled.

REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1st Class international is the least expensive shipping and handling available for most international orders.
Priority International Flat Rate Envelopes have a weight limit of 4 pounds per order. Larger orders will require additional shipping charges. Please request invoice or shipping quote before paying. I charge regular U.S. Postal Service Rates plus a small handling fee, usually $5.00 per package which includes shipping insurance up to $100.00. Fees are not covered by insurance and are nonrefundable. Fragile items, Rare items, Large items, etc. require special handling and/or packaging and are charged accordingly.

Every package is guaranteed to arrive in good condition and as described.
