- If item does not arrive after 10 days of shipping confirmation contact us and arrangements
will be made with shipping agent to locate the package, lost packages are reshipped
after20 days only if tracking info. doesn't provide us with proof of delivery
Retun/Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you would like to return the item within 15 days there will be a restocking fee of 20%.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive order and it contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us
right away!
We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to

Contact us by email IMMEDIATELY, and be sure to include your name, user Id, or item number
of the problem item(s).
If you cannot contact us right away, be sure to call or email within seven (7) business days
of receiving your package. If you contact us regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective
item past this seven (7) day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist
you and provide you with a RMA number.
