In the event of damage we must be notified within five (5) days upon receipt of the item. We are happy to send replacement items after damage has been verified via picture. If a picture cannot be sent the item must be returned to us before a new item is sent for replacement(may take up to 10 business days to go thru return process)
Any items ordered that exhibit manufacturer defects must be reported within five (5) days of the delivery date of the item. The item will be replaced if in stock or refunded ONLY IF OUT OF STOCK upon return of the original item. We will issue a call-tag for the item with the manufacturer and send a replacement when the original is received. This may take 14-21 days for the entire process. No exceptions on these policies. Buyers Remorse, or damage to an item due to customer not understanding how to operate/install an item will not be acknowledged.
