WARRANTY:
FACTORY warrants the purchaser (end-user) that the products will be of
merchantable quality and free of defects for a period of five years
from the time of sale.
Satisfaction of this warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective product, at FACTORY'S discretion. Issuance
of a credit for the defective goods shall occur only when the item is
no longer available for replacement or it cannot be repaired. The resolution of such a claim shall be at the discretion of FACTORY. Blades, bulbs, batteries and bits are excluded from this warranty.
An original receipt of sale dated sometime within the previous five years must accompany warranty returns. Purchaser must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from FACTORY. This number must be marked on all containers of the return.
2. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: FACTORY'S sole obligation for defective goods shall be the repair or replacement of the goods.
