Shipping:

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground / USPS / EMS within the 48 continental United States.

Shipping charges for orders shipped outside the 48 continental United States may be considerably higher.

Most orders will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment has been confirmed (weekends excluded).

For smaller packages or PO Box addresses, we ship USPS..

Tax:

We do not collect sales tax, except for orders shipping in our state, California. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.

Return Policy:

We are not liable for any problem of any sort that may arise from you tampering, working on, utilizing or modifying the product being sold within this auction.

We provide a guarantee against D.O.A (Dead On Arrival) for 48 hours after the receipt of product, assuming the auction says it is in good condition or working.

We will NOT issue a refund or exchange on any items that were tampered with or had their warranty sticker removed.

If for some reason your item is lost or damaged in shipment, we will assist the buyer in recovery of loss or damage via courier insurance, please note that loss or damage in shipment is only covered by courier insurance and not our DOA guarantee.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

If a refund is approved, refund will only be issued when the unit has been returned in the condition that it left our warehouse (including all parts and manuals included in the item description). There is a %15 restocking fee. All products come with a 30 day money back policy if above conditions are met.
