SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping methods:

United States Postal Service (USPS)

USPS:  (please read)

 We can ship within the United States via the US Postal Service. You must present a PO Box as the delivery address for our US Postal shipping calculator to be activated. We ship internationally into Canada ONLY. We ship packages via the US Postal Service Priority International only (a customs or brokers fee may be due upon delivery). A customs and duty fee may be applied upon delivery to the receipient of the package. .

 PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL RATES - New rates effective Jan 22, 2012

Typically a 6-10 day service to most locations for Priority Mail International, although it is not a guaranteed service.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE SHIPPING RATES- Effective Jan 5th, 2012 

UPS shipping is very reliable with door to door tracking. We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected.

When ordering, please specify the type of service you require. 
Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.
Shipping rates are based on total weight of the order.

Because we ship from different warehouses, you may receive one or more shipments with different delivery dates.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipping insurance is optional, however we recommend it. Domestic insurance cost is $1.30 per $100.00 of coverage and international is $1.50 per $100.00 of coverage. 

TAXES

Our order form will apply a 7% Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the states of Florida and Rhode Island.  If applicable, sales tax will be added to your order during Checkout.

 

RETURN POLICY

El Yunque Gift Store offers only the finest products available and makes every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

• All merchandise is guaranteed for 20 DAYS from original date of purchase.
• Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer's warranty .
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 20 day warranty period.
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owner manual will be replaced or repaired.
• Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be returned to sender.
• A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective, unopened items returns.
• Only refund in the same form of currency used for the purchase will be issued.
• The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate "return shipping address".
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
• You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your refund after it has been applied to your account.
• No returns sent COD will be accepted.  Returns must be sent pre-paid.
