SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide as Registered Air Mail via China Post, normally arrive in 15-20 business days. Same S&H fee for all countries.
- Also can ship as Express Delivery, just pay additional Express shipping fee for one package.
- EMS (Express Mail Service via China Post), normally arrive in 5-7 business days, add US$15 for one pack.
- UPS/DHL, normally arrive in 3-5 business days, add US$20 for one pack to U.S.A/Canada; US$25 for one pack to Europe Area.
If you choose Express, please contact us and give us your phone number,and your physical mail address. (It's the necessary condition to be sent by Express, especially be sent to Netherland,Canada and the South America)
- We will ship within 2 business days upon receiving your payment. We don't deliver on public holidays
- You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
- Combined Shipping & Handling (S&H) fee: (Buy more to save on shipping on multiple items!)
- Shipping as Registered Air Mail, to take advantage of combined shipping & handling savings, simply pay the first item S&H in full and then deduct US$3 from any subsequent items.
- Shipping as Express, just add the Express Fee once for each package.
- If this does not provide sufficient information, please email us and we will be happy to calculate the fee for you.
- To apply combine shipping discount, please pay all your items in one combined payment.
- Highly recommend you to send us an email when you are done. we would be pleased to send invoices to you.
PAYMENT
- We accept any credit card or bank account by PayPal payment. DO NOT accept Personal and Business Checks.
- All payments must be submitted within 7 days from auctions end, thanks!
- Items not paid for within 7 days will be re-listed or sold to another bidder.
POLICY
- Please check the ITEM DESCRIPTION carefully and read the following terms before bidding!
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions.
- Only defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please email us and returned the item with our ORIGINAL TAG, UNDAMAGED and UN-WORN within 10 days in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you. No claims on used goods.
- Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed or incorrect address provided and orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs, for whatever reason, will only be sent again at the customer's expense.
- Our auto system will automatically leave positive feedback as soon as we receive positive feedback from buyer. If you have any problems, please contact us first before leaving feedback and we will make it right for you!
- Please make sure you will pay by paypal before you place a bid.
